What impressed me most during my evaluation of Yesmail and continues to do so today is the passion that my fellow Yesmailians have when it comes to customer care, customer relations and customer support. And this passion does not begin and end at the customer facing roles. It is something that is encouraged and expected throughout the organization. In the end, Yesmail’s consistent goal, regardless of team, is customer satisfaction. This, in turn, provides a very positive working environment and makes my job just a little bit easier knowing I have this support behind me.

John brings more than twenty years of sales and marketing experience to his role as a Yesmail Client Development Director. John joined Yesmail in December, 2011 after 6+ years at marketing software provider Alterian. Prior to Alterian, John worked for 7+ years at Experian, a global leader in providing information, analytical tools and marketing services, where he served in management roles in Account Management and Service Delivery. Before joining Experian, John worked for 9 + years at legal publisher Matthew Bender and Company, a Times Mirror Company, where he served and managed in a number of Sales and Technical Support, and local and Corporate Helpdesk roles finishing his tenure as Manager of the Times Mirror & Co. corporate helpdesk.

Based in Albany, NY, John has a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College, Loudonville, NY.
