Once a client and true practitioner of Yes Lifecycle Marketing concepts and technologies, Erik joined the team in 2014 because he could not resist the enthusiasm and pure passion for helping others succeed that exists throughout the Yes organization.  Erik brings with him a passion for digital transformation and customer experience.

For the past 18 years, Erik has championed marketing and transformation efforts in both the consumer and business to business markets, and in both agency and client-side capacities.  Erik has spent the last 14 years client side managing people, product innovation, and marketing strategy, towards the achievement of big audacious goals!  His client side efforts have spanned verticals such as financial services at Bank of America, media and publishing at Hanley Wood, and retail for Altrec and Lands' End.  Early in his career, Erik worked for award winning teams at Digitas and Hill Holliday, where he helped lead marketing and digital strategies for leading brands such as General Motors, AT&T, TJX and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Erik also dabbled in the exciting tech and .com start-up IPO craze of the late 90's.  He holds a BA from St Lawrence University in Canton, NY.
