I like working at Yesmail because of the people and the communication. We have fantastic clients, savvy vendors and wonderful team members in every department. No one is afraid to voice their opinion when they have less-than-positive feedback about a product or a feature. I am happy that someone took the time to explain what’s bugging them instead of remaining quiet. Open communication strengthens relationships.

After a brief career in hospitality management, I joined the company at the tail end of the dot-com boom in 2000, serving as a reply-handler (aka Customer Advocate), then as Technical Support, and from 2008 as a Product Manager, always seeking to represent the voice of the customer in each capacity.
