They also plan on investing in the technologies to power those tactics, for example:
- 40% of brands will implement cross-channel attribution initiatives in 2017.
- 38% of brands say that while they’re not using user-generated content currently, they’d like to do so in the next year.
- When asked which offerings they look for in a marketing services provider, technological innovation tops the list, followed by analytic services.
